Goodbye “Air-Conditioning Skin” Skincare Tutorial: Mask Edition

Summer is here, and with the heat, many of us spend long hours in air-conditioned rooms. Have you noticed your skin becoming dry, dehydrated, and even experiencing peeling, itching, or fine lines? Don’t worry! Today, I’m sharing a skincare tutorial to help you say goodbye to “air-conditioning skin.”

Required Materials:

  1. Perfect Cleansing Oil
  2. Fairy Fruit Water
  3. Cleansing Gel
  4. Centella Asiatica Mask
  5. Rose Water
  6. Sheet Masks
  7. Bitter Orange Blossom Mask
  8. Hydrating Mask

Tutorial Steps:

STEP 1: Cleansing

  • Start with dry hands and a dry face. Use the Perfect Cleansing Oil to gently massage your face for about 1 minute; no need to rinse.
  • Soak a cotton pad with Fairy Fruit Water and gently wipe your face until white bubbles form.
  • Use a warm compress for 30 seconds (sensitive skin can skip this step and just rinse with warm water; it’s normal to feel some oiliness before the next step).
  • Lather the Cleansing Gel in your hands, then clean your face, rinsing thoroughly with warm water afterward.

STEP 2: Soothing

  • Apply the Centella Asiatica Mask generously over your face.
  • Soak a sheet mask with Rose Water and place it on your face.
  • Wait for 20-25 minutes, then rinse off. If using with a three-in-one light therapy device, you can reduce the time to 15-20 minutes.

STEP 3: Hydration and Anti-Inflammation

  • Mix equal parts of the Bitter Orange Blossom Mask and the Hydrating Mask, then apply it generously to your face.
    • If the nose area is particularly peeling, you can apply the Hydrating Mask solely to that area.
  • Wait for 15-20 minutes, then rinse off.

If you experience peeling, redness, itching, or mild stinging, you can repeat this method for three consecutive days. I hope this skincare tutorial helps you say goodbye to “air-conditioning skin”!
